The Background
In late 2023, a rapidly growing financial services organisation specialising in a multi-modal trade platform for independent financial advisors faced a critical challenge. This platform, designed to remove barriers in alternative investing, was hindered by outdated systems and processes that could no longer support the pace of their growth. Delivery had stagnated, quality had deteriorated, and prioritisation was riddled with inefficiencies.
